So many compliments!
Let me start by saying this dress was very flattering, looked expensive, and got a lot of attention. I bought this dress to wear to Barrister’s Ball (aka law school prom) and it was perfect for the event.
I’m 5’9” and weigh roughly 140lbs. I wear a 32/34 C cup, although I didn’t wear a bra with this dress. I usually wear a size 6 dress and ordered this dress in a size medium and wore around 2 inch heels.
The size medium fit really well! It was different than any other dress there and lots of girls kept asking where I got it and how much it was. They were shocked to hear the price; their guesses ranged from $250 to $600. Also, a few girls recognized the name “saved by the dress” and said they would definitely keep it on their short list.
While there wasn’t really a lot of wrinkles or anything, there was some like crease wrinkles in the outer (mesh/tulle) layer and no matter what I tried I couldn’t get them out. They weren’t really noticeable though. Also, I wish the dress had been just slightly longer because with the heels on, you were able to see my feet and shoes.
Also, later that night (around 5 or 6 hours of wearing the dress) the thin strap broke on one side. Those straps are way more necessary than I would of thought! When later reviewing pictures, my friends and I realized that once the strap broke, I had a couple of nip slips lol. Btw, law school events always have an open bar haha.
